Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us via email at sunnykeepz@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized products (if offered).
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
